Embedded payments and stored-value wallet platform

Problem — Merchants needed to take card, wallet and BNPL payments behind one integration, and onboarding could not depend on a manual review queue.
What we did — Built from zero: self-serve onboarding with automated KYC document verification, KYC-verified adult and child wallets, subscription billing, PCI-DSS compliance, and fraud and anomaly detection across payments and reward balances. Checkout conversion was the metric; payment-method mix decided what got built next.
Measured — 0 → 150+ merchants and 100K+ transactions in four months of launch.

P&L forecasting engine with accounting integration

Problem — Finance teams wanted forecasts they could trust and adjust, fed straight from their accounting data.
What we did — A Django REST backend with secure APIs for data import, including a XERO integration. A hybrid model: time-series machine learning (SARIMA-class) combined with the team’s own formulas for P&L projection. Built as a secure vault for sensitive projections.
Measured — Forecast accuracy against actuals — [ADD THE NUMBER].

What this industry asks for

The three questions we get before the first call ends.

01PCI-DSS and KYCScope the cardholder-data boundary first and keep it small. Automate the document checks so onboarding never waits on a review queue.
02Fraud and reconciliationAnomaly detection across payments and balances, and a ledger that reconciles to the processor every day rather than at month end.
03Conversion as the metricCheckout and onboarding conversion measured from week one. Payment-method mix decides what gets built next.

Services that fit.

Fintech · the call

Tell us what has to clear. We will say how we would build it.

Bring the problem, not a brief. If it is outside what we do well, we will say which of our contacts to call instead.

Every payment posts as balanced double entries and reconciles to the bank. Tokenisation keeps card data in the payment provider's vault. Example figures.
