are boring.

CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability and cost control, set up so your team owns it afterwards and the on-call runbook is written before you need it.

What you get.

CI/CD with tests before features, not after the first incident
Infrastructure as code, reviewed like code, with a plan you can read before it applies
Observability you can act on, and a runbook for the thing that pages you
A cloud bill you can explain, line by line, and a smaller one
Engagement: Embedded or Built · Ask about your infrastructure →
Good for
— Deploys that need a war room
— A cloud bill nobody can explain
— No runbook for the thing that pages you
We will say no when
— You want us to hold the pager forever instead of handing it back
— Kubernetes is the goal rather than a decision
Stack · only what we have shipped to production

Signage platform across four continents

Problem — A UK signage business operating across Australia, the US, China and APAC needed a platform its display-manufacturer partners could plug into.
What we did — .NET 6 microservices and Angular on AWS (EKS, ECR, RDS, CloudWatch) with Docker-based CI/CD. Scheduled sync integrations with SharePoint, Power BI and partner sources. Production infrastructure stabilised under sustained memory pressure ahead of a database end-of-support migration.
Measured — Shipped and running across four regions; partner integrations for three major display manufacturers — [ADD UPTIME / DEVICES].

Process-documentation platform backend

Problem — A browser-extension product that writes process documentation from recorded sessions, with a milestone that could not slip.
What we did — Owned Lambda and hosted worker services (SQS, SNS) across environments and led the refactor that shipped the critical milestone on deadline.
Measured — Critical milestone shipped on the date.

Multi-tenant digital signage platform, one engineer

Problem — A company needed its own signage product: tenants, a CMS, a player it controlled, and devices that keep working offline.
What we did — Multi-tenant backend and CMS, a custom Android (AOSP) player, offline-first device sync over MQTT, an MCP-based AI concierge, credit-based AI monetisation and a white-label reseller tier, on a lean deployment stack. Architected and built by one engineer.
Measured — Live in production with its first tenant, one of Lahore’s fastest-growing restaurant chains.

Show us the deploy you dread. We will make it boring.

Bring the problem, not a brief. If it is outside what we do well, we will say which of our contacts to call instead.

A flaky test fixed, not retried. Infrastructure reviewed as a plan. A cloud bill explained line by line. Example figures.

How it runs.

The same loop as every engagement
Week 0

Read the estate

Accounts, pipelines, what deploys by hand, what nobody dares touch, and last month's bill.
Week 1

Pipeline and IaC baseline

Every service deployable from a pull request; the infrastructure in code, even if it is ugly code.
Week 3

Observability and runbooks

Logs, metrics and traces where they are useful; an on-call runbook for each alert that can fire.
Week 6

Your team owns it

Deploy frequency, lead time and the bill, before and after. Your engineers ran the last week.
Fortnightly

The review

What broke, what did not, what it cost. Then the next piece, or the handover.

Questions we get about this.

Mostly AWS, some Azure. If you are on GCP we will say so on the call rather than learn it on your time.

Usually not. We have run production on EKS where it earned its keep and on Lambda, Railway and plain containers where it did not. The decision is written down with the reasons.

Your team, with our runbook, from week six. Until then we are, and the handover includes a week of us watching them run it.

The other seven.
