Built
Health-insurance platform under supervision
Problem — A regulated insurer needed a digital platform that a supervisor would sign off and a member could actually use.
What we did — Mapped the underwriting and claims workflow before designing against it; balanced regulatory constraints against a usable member journey, from discovery to launch.
Measured — Launched under regulatory supervision — [ADD MEMBERS / CLAIMS].

02 · Healthcare
Built
Surgical imaging platform with automated analysis
Problem — Surgeons and clinicians needed one workflow for patient imaging, with analysis that did not wait for a human to open every file.
What we did — Two backends where each fits: Node.js/Express for workflow, Python/FastAPI for the models. Computer-vision analysis of medical images (OpenCV, TensorFlow). Role-based access and HIPAA-grade handling of patient data. PostgreSQL, imaging files on AWS S3, a real-time React front end.
Measured — Workflow time and review backlog, before and after — [ADD THE NUMBER].

Data & AIWhat this industry asks for
The three questions we get before the first call ends.
01Regulatory sign-offMap the underwriting, claims or clinical workflow before designing against it. Keep a document a supervisor can read beside the product a member can use.
02Patient dataRole-based access, HIPAA-grade handling, imaging on object storage with audit trails. Nothing leaves the account it lives in.
03Trust in the alertValidate in real care settings before scaling. A model's output has to earn a clinician's trust, so precision is measured before rollout.
